A certification laboratory for watches and jewelry, working from the diamond district in Manhattan.

We do one thing: examine a piece, record what we find, and stand behind the record. Our examiners hold gemmological and horological qualifications, and every report is reviewed by a second bench before it is signed.

Independence

Fees are flat and set by service. No examiner is paid on the value they report, and no report is written by anyone who has a financial interest in the piece. Where a submitting party is related to the laboratory by ownership, that relationship is disclosed on the face of the certificate.
